This website is operated by Kind Loom Naturals, a sole proprietorship registered in Alberta, trading as My Dabba. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kind Loom Naturals o/a My Dabba.

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The total payable, including tax and shipping, is itemized at checkout before you confirm your order, and you will be given the opportunity to review and correct your order before submitting it.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. Because our boxes are curated by hand from limited stock, individual pieces may occasionally be substituted for an item of equal or greater value - we'll always contact you first where a substitution is significant.

Prices may change without notice. The total price shown at checkout is the total you pay; we don't add mandatory fees afterwards. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

Product images

We photograph every box ourselves. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handmade fabric pieces naturally differ a little from item to item - that's part of their character, not a defect.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order. If we cancel an order, we'll notify you at the email address provided and issue a full refund.

Custom and Build Your Own orders

When you order a Build Your Own Dabba, we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your selections. Because these boxes are assembled to your specification, they can't be returned once assembled.

Age and small parts

Our pieces are designed for teens and adults. Some clips and ties contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we don't warrant that all content is error-free. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - including photography, product descriptions, the My Dabba name and logo - is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under provincial consumer protection legislation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer protection laws of your own province.
